When tried to click on an upload form from an email it gets error 404 please see attached

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry that this is happening. I cloned your form using a mobile device and a desktop computer to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:
Can you give it another try using a different device and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form cache.

It keeps not showing the files when we receive the email with the submission

Hi Silvia,
Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, the security setting Require log-in to view uploaded files on your account is enabled, which means that in order to access the uploaded files, you will need to login to your Jotform account. You can disable the security setting Require log-in to view uploaded files on this page as shown in the screenshot.
