Why my monthly submissions being exceeded when they are from last year?

    Why is my month tally nearly up when all the messages were responses from last year ?


    I have since disabled and deleted messages

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form limits. After checking your account, I was able to confirm that you only receive 6 submissions this month. It seems you are referring to your Total submissions. Please note that this total submission refers to your stored submission which is 500. This does not reset monthly and will count to the submissions you don't delete. You can learn more about your form limits in this guide.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Your total submissions currently sit at 204/500. If you want to permanently delete these old submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to My Forms and select the form you want to delete submissions.
    2. Select Submissions at the top of the page to open Jotform Tables.

    1. In Jotform Tables, choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.
    2. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
    3. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.

    Why my monthly submissions being exceeded when they are from last year? Image 2 Screenshot 51Note that any deleted submissions will be moved in the trash entries folder for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can delete them manually. 

    1. Open the main tab’s menu using the Three Dot icon icon next to it.
    2. Select Trashed entries from the menu.
    3. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
    4. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

    Thanks for that, i have deleted as per your instructions and it still says i have reached my limit can you please explain :)

    Hi David,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Your total submissions are now 6/500. However, it appears that you have exceeded your signed document limit. Signed documents limit is the total number of signing processes completed from all Sign documents that your account can have each month. Keep in mind that the starter plan has a maximum signed document limit of 10. This does not reset if you deleted submissions, it will only reset on your next monthly reset day, or upgrade your account to increase your account limits. To learn more, check out the Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits guide.

    If I upgrade and then downgrade to free will I loose my App will I loose all the sighed docs what happens to al the info

    Hi David,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Keep in mind that if you downgrade your account, it will complete its tenure and return to the starter plan. And once your account is downgraded to the starter plan, all documents will function according to the plan.
