How can I collaborate with my secretary?

Helo, I have a form called Scent Trial Entry Form June 15 & a6 and I want to have my secretary be able to edit the form as needed and see the reports. Please let me know how to add her. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you want your secretary to help you in creating your form. Our form collaboration feature allows teams to work together on editing forms. Sharing the Collaboration link with your secretary is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and share it with your secretary.

Thank you, but I have form that is already created and I want her to have access to this form to help manage it and make corrections as needed. I don't want to create a new form. How do I do that? Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand you have already created a form and want to add someone as a collaborator on that form. To do that, it's the same process as what my colleague showed in the last reply. Just open the form in the form builder, and you will see the collaborator button in the top right corner. Let me show you how:

1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

Thank you, but my problem is I am not able to open my form in the form builder. Form builder keeps asking to create a new form. How do I ad this form below to the form builder to add collaborators? Sorry I am confused

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. The screenshot you shared made the issue clear. Please note, the form you have created is a Smart PDF form, hence it doesn't have an option for the collaborators. The collaborator's option is only available in Classic Layout and Card Layout Forms.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
