I'm cant embed my form on a Canva document

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned one of your forms and tried it on Canva, but didn't experience any issues. As seen in the screencast below, the form was embedded on a Canva document:

Can you share more details about the issue? It'll also help if you can share a screenshot or a screencast of the error/issue you experience when embedding a form on a Canva document, here's how to do that:

1. Click the View this thread button on the email you received for my reply.
2. In the Your Answer section, click the Add Image icon on the toolbar.
3. Upload a screenshot or a screencast, then click the Add button on the modal.
4. Click the Post Answer button to send your reply.

Once we have a better idea of the issue, we can move forward with the solution.
