I'm just wondering if there is any way we can see the submission confirmations that have been sent out, other than the email confirmations we receive. We have had a situation where a client has submitted a form and has a screen shot that their application was received but we have no record of it in our email or in jot form. Any idea how we could track this?

We're sorry for this inconvenience.
If the form was submitted properly, the submission should show on Submissions page, as far as I know, we never had a situation that the submissions weren't showing there. Regarding the submission emails, it can happen that the submission emails are not going through, but that depends on email domains, sender emails if recipient emails are maybe blocking emails or not etc.
