Users are unable to submit form.

    My form stopped working and I needed signups to fill an event tomorrow. I message that it wasn’t allowing signups and I did everything I could find on the issue. It’s 1am and I have zero signups and a form that used to work, that has links to it everywhere, failed. Here’s the original message. I done with Jotform, it deletes dates, glitches every single week and doesn’t do anything that a free form would do.

    Fix my form because I’ve already had to can el an entire event because of this. I could create a new form because my link was sent out everywhere.

    My form has been glitching the last week. When my customers try to submit, either nothing happens or it refreshes and clears their information from the form. 

    I’ve cleared the form cache. 

    I’ve checked for anything missing that is required after the submit fails to do anything. 

    I’ve deleted and added again my notification email information. 

    I’ve checked for conditions.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is for you, and I’ll do my best to help you. I checked your form and I can confirm that it was set up correctly. Can you please try disconnecting the payment integration and connecting it again to see if that would resolve the issue? Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, hover over the product field and then click the and icon.
    • On the Payment Settings panel on the right, click on the Gear icon located at the top.

    • Next, click on the Dropdown icon within the Connected button.
    • Click on the Disconnect button.

    After that. clear your browser caches and cookies and then reconnect the integration by following this guide.

    I did all of that and it’s still not allowing me to submit. I can’t send a
    screenshot of nothing happening. Please help , no one can sign up and I’m
    having to cancel events.

    Hi Lab_info_info578,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to use another browser and clear your browsers cache before you integrate your form with Stripe to see if the issue persists? You can also clear your form caches to help. Here's how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
