When I click the filed properties button in form builder it causes my form to blank out and it just shows a blank page.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is for you, and I’ll do my best to help you. I've gone ahead and cleared your forms cache to help resolve the issue. Can you also clear your browser's cache and try a different browser and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Can you try again on another browser or device to see if the issue still persists? You can also take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
