How to sign a completed submission?

I just want to make sure I got your concern correctly, you wanted to fill out your form then send it to your clients, so they can sign it or is it the other way around? Here's a guide on our Approval process, approval process lets you received an approval and sign the submissions made by your clients.

Hi Laz,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can prefill your form and send the prefilled URL to your client for them to sign. Here's how to do that:

1. From your Smart PDF Form Builder, click Publish at the top.
2. Next, select Prefill from the left side.
3. And then click Manual Prefill.
4. Click on Add a New Prefill.
5. Fill out the fields you want to prefill and click Create in the upper right corner.
6. Finally, click the three dots next to the prefilled form to share the URL. You can copy the link and send it to them directly, and you have the option to send it via email. Please note that if you send the prefilled form via Sen Invitation, they are required to have a Jotform account.
