How to cancel reservations?

Good Afternoon,

I have a few questions pertaining to the scheduling form I created called the I.M.P.A.C.T. Laundry Request.

1. Is a client able to go online and cancel their reservation themselves? and if so how do I set that up for them to be able to do that?

1. How do I cancel reservations on my end?

Hi christopherpurnell, 

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The users will not be able to cancel the booked reservations at their end. You will need to delete their submission to cancel the reservation. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to delete a submission.

1. In the submissions table, select the submission.
2. Then, click on the Delete button.
3. Select the Move to Trash button.
