Registrant Credit limit

Is there a way to designate parameters for a registrant based on specific answers and as a result redirect them to a payment form before they can continue. A measure of like saying they have used all their credits and can no longer go to the next option until they fill out a payment form.

    Hi Alisha,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create two forms, one is the regular form and the second one is the payment which where users will be redirected after finishing up the first form. You can make all the fields required in the second form (payment form) so that they will need to fill it out and won't be able to submit it. For the first form, you can set up conditional logic to designate respondents based on their answers.

As for the second form, since you will be collecting payments, you will need to use a payment processor or gateway. Collecting credit card information using regular fields is a violation of our terms of service since it is considered as sensitive information. Now, if you want to charge your respondents at a later date, you can enable payment authorization in the integration settings of the payment integration you are using.

In line with this, do you happen to have a form you are currently working on so that we can take a look at it for you? If you do not have one yet, please create a simple form and share the form link with us.

Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.
