    Hi,

I'm building a form but every time I select publish none of my changes are there. Could you please provide some guidance on why this continues to happen?

    Thanks

    Hi Ralph,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have a Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
    2. Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.

I have cleared the form cache to refresh your forms. I suggest doing the following to see if this will make a difference:

    • Try other devices, like a laptop or desktop computer.
    • Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e., Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
    • Try other browsers available on your end.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi thank you but the issue seems to continue. Even when it says 'All Changes Saved". If I preview the form, none of my changes are there.

    Hi Ralph,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you share with us a screen recording of what is happening and send it to us?  You can use loom for screen recording. You can then upload the video recording to any online storage service like Google Drive, YouTube, or Box, or use loom.com to record it, then share the video link here in this support ticket.

Also, please provide us with a Console Log from the browser you are using to help us understand what is happening. Let me show you how:

    Getting Console Logs:

    1. Open the page you're having the issue with.
    2. Right-click anywhere on the page and then click on *Inspect.
    3. In the new window that opens, click on the *Console tab.

If the issue continues, we'll create a performance ticket and forward it to our Developer team.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
