Receiving messages

    For some reason jot forum has switched form sending individual messages from each inquiry to sending multiple message in one email. How do I fix that?

     Apologies for the inconveniences this have caused to you. 

    I have checked your form and it seems to be correctly configured, you have only one notification and one email auto-responder. 

    I have submitted your form, please check if you received multiple notifications from my submission. 

    I think the user may be submitting the form multiple times as well, you may control this with unique submissions, please check the methods listed below:
