How to get a document of the signed submission for my form?

Hello,

How can I get a copy of the full document that customer's have signed? When I download it, it does not show the academy policies that they have signed.

I also need the "Academy Policies" paragraph with signature to be a included in the email confirmation they receive after registering. Why is it not shown in there? When I go to email settings to try to include that field in the email confirmation, I don't see that paragraph "Academy Policies" as an option to include.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can turn on Jotform Sign Automation which will automatically turn signed submissions into PDF documents, and it includes all the form fields such as the academy policies. I've cloned your form, enabled the sign automation, made a test submission, and here is the result:

It's easy to turn on the Jotform Sign Automation. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
2. Click on Jotform Sign on the left.
3. Toggle Enable Jotform Sign Automation to ON.
4. In the Select Email Field dropdown, select Email Address.

After following these steps, when the form is signed and submitted, both you and the form filler will receive an email containing the signed document including the fields such as the academy policies.
