    Hi Terence,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have the Prefill Feature that allows you to find existing data from your forms, tables, or third-party providers.  You can set up the prefill feature in the Publish tab of your form. Here is how to do it:

    • In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar, click Publish.
    • Go to Prefill Option on the left side of the page and choose Form Prefill.

    • Select the form where the data will be coming from.
    • Click +Add More to add the Unique ID field from form #1 and map it with the Code field in form #2
    • Click Save Settings once done.

    • Click Create on the top right of the page to create the prefill links.

    • That's it. Prefill links are now created like the ones below.

You can click on each prefilled links by blue hyperlink, and you will be routed to the form with the data in it, then you finish filling out the missing data and submit the form.

On the other hand, if these are already existing form with existing submission, and you want to prepopulate data into a specific form, then you can use table prefill. Let me show you how to set it up:

    • In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, select Publish.
    • Click on Prefill on the left side of the page and select Tables Prefill from the options.
