How to set stock for product options?

Hello,

I am trying to create limited product options where we only have a certain amount available for each option to buy.

For example:
Green: 5
Red: 5
Blue: 5

Basically if someone tries to pick green after 5 people already picked, they can't.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood what you’re asking, you want to set a stock for each of your product options. If so, yes, you can use the Product List to do this. It’s easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the left.
2. Click Product List in the left menu.
3. Click Add Product in the Product List field.
4. Add a Product Option. Take a look at the screencast below:
5. Click Stock in Product Settings on the right, and turn on Enable Stock Control.
6. Enter the quantity for product options under Available Stock.
7. Click Save.
