Account suspended - Credit Card info

I'm not sure for what reason I cannot log into my account can you please help me with one and will the form i created be saved still ?

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. As I checked, you've been suspended for collecting Credit Card information in plain texts on your Lahanna Coaching Co: terms and conditions form. Keep in mind that this is a violation of our Terms of Use.

If you wish to collect payments, please make sure to use any of our supported Payment Processors. You can also enable Payment Authorization if you prefer collecting payments at a later time. Now, as the flagged form doesn't have any submissions yet, I've gone ahead removing the offending fields and reactivated your account.
