Ability to log in to two devices at the same time

    Hi I was trying to work on editing a form with my partner, each of us logged in but on different computers and it keeps logging us out. Is it not possible to be logged in to 2 different devices?

    We have never had this problem before with our old account.

    Hi Natural Beginnings,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Please know that accounts with standard subscriptions like yours are single-user login only. Unfortunately, it is not possible to log in to the same account using multiple devices at the same time. This feature is only available for Enterprise users. If you are interested in upgrading to an Enterprise account, please contact our Enterprise Sales Team.

    If you don't want to upgrade, I suggest using the Form Collaboration feature to allow the other user to edit your form. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.
