Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Most of the time, this error occurs when Unique Submission or Unique Field is enabled in your form. I looked into your form and I can see that it is set up to receive multiple submissions:
I also cloned and tested your form and I was able to submit multiple times. Can you please confirm if you were able to solve this issue?
