Submissions are missing after downgrading the account

    The submissions on my forms have dissapeared on many of my forms

    Hi Team_Events,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble locating some of your Submissions. It seems that this issue is related to the fact that you recently downgraded your account to Free. Please note that when you downgrade your account to Free, the limits of the Free account are applied to your account. That means that you can now store only 500 submissions. This is the total number of submissions you can store on your account itself, this is different from the first one which is a monthly limit. These 500 are the most recent submissions that you received. If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted automatically, giving way for the new ones to be received.

    To restore your submissions, please upgrade your account again, and these should be become visible again. If that does not happen, let us know and we will further check. Also, After that you will be able to see the submissions, please consider downloading them. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

    • In Tables, click on the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • In the dropdown menu, click on Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
    • That's it, this way you can store your data on your device.
