Trello Integration: Integrate or send the approval report

I'm trying to connect a form to Trello, the only information that I need in Trello is the approval status for each approval members so I know easily who needs to approve the form, basically is the approval report inside Trello. is this integration possible?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Please note that the current integration that we have with Trello does the following:

• Collect data and file uploads through your forms
• Automatically convert them to new Trello cards
• Label your cards
• Assign due dates
• Work on new tasks with your team

It's not possible to pass the approval history to your Trello integration. However, the possible workaround is to add the approval as an actual form field. In this way, the field value will be sent to your Trello account. You can use a regular field like Single Choice. Here's a screenshot showing my suggestion:

You can add the approver as another recipient for the notification email so they have access to the edit submission link where they can fill out the approval status part. You can use a Hide/Show condition to hide the approval status field if the form is not accessed using the edit link. You have to add the Get Form Page URL widget to achieve that:

Once the widget is added, it will collect the URL where the form is accessed. So, you can use its value in the hide/show condition to show the approval field. Here's an example condition for your reference:

Finally, on your Trello integration, you can match the approval field to your Trello field:
