Help with canceling the subscription and getting a refund.

Hi Littleglobe,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can cancel your subscription on your account, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:
- On your My Forms page, click your avatar/profile picture in the top-right corner and click on Settings. You can also directly go to the Settings page through this link.
- In your left-side menu, click on the Billing tab.
- Click on the Change Plan button in your My Plan section.
- Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions so the renewal will not continue on the next billing cycle. Your account will remain on paid status for the period you paid for.
