How can I add a user to my account?

    Hi - quick question: do all Jotform plans have just 1 user? Unless it's the 'Enterprise' plan for a large corporation? we are not an 'enterprise' with hundreds of people but a small business w/ several folks so is there a way to get another person added as a collaborator in our case?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Adding a new user to an account is only possible for the Jotform Enterprise plan. To upgrade to the Enterprise plan and to know about the pricing, please get in touch with the Sales team through this link. Click on the Contact Sales button to begin.

    However, if you don't want to upgrade to Enterprise, you can also use our Form Collaboration feature. This feature allows multiple team members to work on the same form at the same time. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

    oh, ok, that is great - thank you - glad I asked as I thought it might not be possible based on the Pricing page. Thanks!
