I only want the document and the email notification to reach me, I don't want anything to reach the lead.

    Hi Isaac,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Notification Email so you will be notified whenever someone fills out your form and delete the Autoresponder Email to not trigger an email to your form fillers. Here's how to do that:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an EmailHow can I prevent the client from receiving an email notifying me that I have filled out the form? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Select Notification Email.
    5. Click on the Recipients tab.
    6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field and click on Save. That's it. You're done.  How can I prevent the client from receiving an email notifying me that I have filled out the form? Image 2 Screenshot 51

Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time someone fills out your form. If one of your forms is sending an Autoresponder Email to your user, here's how to delete the Autoresponder Email:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the right side of the Autoresponder field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Autoresponder Email How can I prevent the client from receiving an email notifying me that I have filled out the form? Image 3 Screenshot 62

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.

I would like to know that this email can be deleted and not reach the person who fills out the form or this is something that will always reach the lead, because what I want is for this email not to reach them, and by doing what you told me keep sending this email

    Hi Isaac,

Thanks for getting back to us and for providing additional context with regard to your requirement. You can delete the notification email so you won't receive any notifications once a new submission is made or you may also change the email recipient to your notification email so it won't reach your lead. It's easy, let me walk you through it:

    To delete the Notification Email:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Now, click on Emails in the left panel.
    3. Finally, hover your mouse on Notification 1 and click the Trash Bin Icon, then click on Delete button on the pop-up window.

To update the email recipient of your Notification Email:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Now, click on Emails in the left panel.
    3. Next, hover your mouse on Notification 1 and click on the Pencil Icon.
    4. Finally, click on Recipients tab and enter the new email in the Recipient Email field, then click on Save button. How can I prevent the client from receiving an email notifying me that I have filled out the form? Image 2 Screenshot 41

That's it. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Reach out to us if you have any other questions.
