How to add Multiple Products in one Form?

 I want to have 1 order form where you can order various items, including a group of tshirts and the totals appear in the calculation field. The problem that I ran into is my product list is greyed out. I was going to try to use that for the tshirt section. i do have a payment method already in the form. I read that is why It is greyed out. I have the other sections created but I can’t figure out how to add the Tshirts to the same form. Is there a workaround for this?

I think what you can do, is to use as a workaround is to create a separate form for each payment product list you need and then embed it within a form using the IFrame embed widget. Here are the steps on how to do that.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you are right. The reason why the product List Widget is grayed out because it already has a built-in payment method which you will need to integrate on different payment options.

When I cloned your form, I can see that each product was set manually. As a workaround, I suggest deleting the existing payment method and adding the Product list Widget Instead. As you customize the Product List widget to have multiple categories which you can classify different products and add different options. Let me show you how to do it:

To add multiple categories:

1. In Form Builder, Click on the Product List widget.
2. Click on the Cart icon, and then click on Settings.
3. Toggle the Enable Categories to the On position.
4. Now, just add the categories you want to add.

Add your products and categorize them:

1. In Form Builder, Click on the Product List widget.
2. Click on the Cart icon, and select Create Product button.
3. Set the product name, price, and scroll down and look for the Select Category field.
4. Click the dropdown and select the desired category.
5. Then click Save to save the newly created Product.

To add product option:

1. In the Product List widget, select the product that you want to add options.
2. Click on the Gear Icon to open Product Settings and navigate to Options Tab.
3. Click Add button from Add a Quantity Selector field to set the product's maximum quantity per order.
4. Click Add button from Add a Product Option field to set product options.
5. You can select preset options by clicking the dropdown in Populate Options from Presets. For this example, I selected the Print Size preset and just renamed the options.
6. Enable the Create Sub Products from Options to show each option in the product list.
7. Enable the Special Pricing Per Option to allow special pricing per size.
