Looking for a site for my company

    Good afternoon,

I am looking for a place to house my forklift daily checklists, incident reports and so on. My main concern is allowing my team (roughly 50 employees) to be able to utilize this on a phone or tablet. I am looking for the data entered on the form to then be able to be exported so that it is easily overseen by managers to see our compliance.

Really just looking for capabilities and pricing here!

    Thank you,

    Zoey Witter

    Hi Zoey,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create a simple form and use the Jotform Mobile App for your employees to use it on a phone a tablet. On the Jotform Mobile App, you can use Offline Mode to save your form to your device so you can fill it out, or you can use Kiosk Mode even when you don't have an internet connection. All the submission data will be saved to your device and then later sent to your Inbox once you have an internet connection. Let me show you how to set it up:

    • On your My Forms page, tap on the Gear icon at the top of the page, and select Offline Forms.
    • Choose the form you want to access in Offline Mode.

If you want your submissions to be exported immediately, then you can integrate your form with Google Sheets. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
    • Now, select and connect your Google account.

    • Select an option and select the form fields to be used in mapping.
    • Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.

Another way is you can share the submission table with your managers, adding them as collaborators. You can set permissions as read only or collaborator. Collaborators can print, download submissions as long as they have permission to do so. Let me show you how to do it:

    •  On the Submission page, Click Share in the top-right corner of the page.

    • Click the Copy Link button to copy the Invitation Link.
    • If you wish to invite people via email, then use the Invite by email.

    • Under the Invite by Email option, input the email address of the user where the submission page to be shared to.
    • After that you can choose the role of user: Read-only, Collaborator, Commenter.

Now we will move on to Share Settings. Here you can decide on how want it to be shared. You have the option to change the privacy options, invitation link default role, limitations.
