    Hi Alex,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. A Notification Email is the email that will be sent to the form owner, i.e., when the form is submitted. You can change the email recipient in the email settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Then, hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click the Pencil icon.
    3. Finally, go to the Recipient's tab, update the email address in the Recipient Email, and click on Save.

The Autoresponder Email is the one that will be sent to the user as a confirmation. An email address field from the form will be used as the recipient for Autoresponder Email. You can also check our guide about Explanation of Notification and Autoresponder Emails to learn more.

So, which package comes with 3 or more notification emails per form?

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can add multiple Notification Emails per form on any paid plan. You can refer to the pricing for each plan here. Only Starter plan is limited to one Notification Email and one Recipient for Notification Email per form.
