    Hi there,

I've included herein an illustration of what data I am collecting using a JotForm form.

I've also illustrated what I am trying to derive from the collected data.

Kindly advise if this is possible to be achieved in JotForm (in a separate table, preferably).

    Regards

    Hi akrichardsave,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have the advanced formula in Jotform Tables that may help you achieve this, depending on how the form is set up. Can you share the link to the form where this information is collected?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi akrichardsave,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can summarize your submission using our Visual Report feature. It appears that you are getting the sum of the entries from a specific field of your form. And then, you created a formula where the difference will be automatically populated once you manually entered a value. Unfortunately, it's not possible to achieve this using Jotform. I suggest you create a template in Excel, download your submissions as Excel, and then import the submissions to your template.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
