    Hello,

We are a nonprofit that takes registrations for camps and other educational programs. We sometimes have discounts and such; is this possible with Jotform and is there more functionality than with GravityForms.

What additional functionality would be useful in the camp registration process?

    Thank you

If you are looking to create Registration Forms, I suggest that you check our Templates page and set the category to Registration Forms or Event Registration Forms.

As for the other functionality, you mentioned about discounts and I can only assume that you are also planning to collect payments with the form you are looking to create. The payment field in our forms has the ability to set up Coupon Codes — How-to-Add-Coupon-Code-to-Payment-Forms. Your respondents can type in the coupon codes to get a discount.

Other functionalities that would be useful in your registration process are the collection of data and generating reports. From the submissions page of your form, you can download the submission data as Excel, PDF, or CSV — How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Generating reports is also easy. Please see this guide — How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

Our forms also have the ability to integrated with your Dropbox account, Google Drive account, Google Spreadsheet, MailChimp, and so much more, which will be an additional way for you to collect your submission data that can be used at a later time.

I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will be glad to help you further.
