How to free up upload space in Jotform

Hi there,

I represent a small community that needs to have a questionnaire sent out to its members. This questionnaire will include a file upload.

I see in your free tier that you have a limit of 100mb for uploads, is this a rolling amount, or total? For example, if someone uploads a 5mb file, and we then delete it, are we back to a 100mb limit, or does the limit forever drop to 95mb?

We don't expect large volume, so we can manage the storage space if it's a rolling total.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can free up your upload space by deleting and purging your entries with file uploads. Here's how you can delete and purge your entries:

1. In My forms, choose your form.
2. Click submissions at the top.
3. You may delete multiple entries by ticking the checkbox and choosing multiple or single entries.
4. Click Delete in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Now click Move to trash.

Now to purge and permanently delete the trashed submissions. Just follow the steps below:

1. Click the Three-dot icon to open the menu in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Select Trashed Entries.
3. A panel will pop up on the right side of the screen, choose the submissions to delete (multiple or single submissions) and then click Delete forever.
4. Lastly, select delete in the window that pops up.
