Almost reach the Upload Space Limit.

I've been getting notifications that my upload space is almost out. I've deleted a bunch of stuff and it doesn't change my upload space.

How can I tell what is taking it up and how to free up space?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that this is very stressful. Rest assured, I’m here to help. I checked your account and can see here that you currently used 7.87 GB upload space out of 10 GB limit for Bronze Plan. You can increase your limit by upgrading your plan or you may release some space by deleting submissions with uploaded files and purging it. It's easy, let me show you how:

• In your Submissions Table, select any or all of your submission entries, click on Delete, then choose Move to Trash.

To permanently delete the trashed entries and clear up your Upload Storage, do the following:

• Under the Submissions Table, click on the Three Vertical Dots icon and select Trashed Entries.
• In the Trashed Entries panel, select all entries and click on Delete Forever, then choose Delete.

We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check for more details. Also, please keep in mind to Download the Submitted Entries before deleting them because once they are purged, there is no way to recover them.
