My account went back to as Free account. I knew there would be space issues so I went ahead and cleared all data, emptied my trash and cleared my cache. Currently, the system is saying I still have upload space of 1.32 GB when I deleted almost everything. Can someone please assist.

    Hi Kennylj24,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can delete the old forms. It's required to delete the associated submissions to delete the file.

You will not lose any data, but you won't be able to receive new submissions. Your FREE account had exceeded already the Upload space allocation.

Please note that for Free accounts, you only have 100MB space at any given time. Upload space is consumed when you have forms that ask for users to upload some files. The size consumed would depend on how big are the files uploaded by your users collectively. Right now, I am seeing around 1.32 GB / 100.00 MB usage. You can delete more submissions that have File Uploads on them, but please do keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data from our servers. You may want to download all of your submissions first before deleting them.

Also, I suggest upgrading to a higher subscription plan to increase your account limits. You can check this page to view the different paid subscription plans and their limits.

Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
