    Hi carsintheparkmarina,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can also take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

I checked your form and the only problem I can see is that it's not connected to your Square Account. Integrating a Square account with your form is easy. Let me walk you through it:

    • In Form Elements, open the Payments tab on the top left side of the page and then click on Square.
    • In the Square Integrations field on the right side of the page, click on Square Connect to connect your Square account (if you want to do a test, choose Test Mode).

    • Now, just click on Continue and that's it. You're done.

You can also check out our guides about How to Integrate Form with Square for more detailed information.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hi carsintheparkmarina,

Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, we don't have a payment integration that will direct the payment to your bank account. Instead, you can check our payment options list and see where you can link your bank. For example, you can link your bank to PayPal and then go into your PayPal account, from where you can schedule payouts into your bank account.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
