Did not receive Test Email

    Hello Jotform,

    I changed the recipient name to kharizza.mata@dnabehavior.com both email notifications and digest emails. However, I did not receive one. It redirected to ryan.scott@dnabehavior.com. Please see attached image.

    What would be the resolution to this?

    Hi dnab, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you used the Test Email button, the test email will be sent to the login email of the Jotform account. You will need to fill out the form and submit it, if you want to test out the email notifications.

    I wanted to clarify, so if a person is done answering the Jotform, the notification will be sent to the outstanding recipient email?

    Hi dnab, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. For real submissions, the email notification will be sent to the Recipient Email that you set. When you made the test, it was sent to the Jotform login email because you used the Test Email button.
