How add number value into element inside the Fill in the blanks elements?
The use case is if the user answered YES is equals to 5 mark
you may refer attachment given.

Hello Nor Ibrahim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Calculation value can't be assigned to a single choice questions in fill in the blank element. However, using conditional logic we can assign the value to a Single choice question and can be used to be added in other elements.
I cloned your form on my end and added a number field just below the fill in the blank element and applying value (5) to the added number field if Yes is selected in fill in the blank. Check out the below screencast to see how it works :
