Can you advise if Jotform upon form completion can export the form contents via csv to pre determined email address for pick up by another application?

There isn't a direct way to send submitted data automatically as CSV to a specified email address.

You can export submitted data from Submissions page directly: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
