I can't see how to add PayPal integration to page four. Looks like I'm blocked from adding PayPal personal, which is what I want.

    Hi jrobertsideas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When the form is submitted by the user, it will be take them to the PayPal payment page if you are using PayPal personal. Or you can simply move the Product list to the 4th page. Can you please share the blocked message you are seeing when you are trying to add the PayPal personal to your form?  We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Haseeb,

It's not a message. I had earlier put the PayPal integration on the first page.

When I figured what else I needed, I was advised by another support member to put it later.

I cannot move the product list to the fourth page.

I want the PayPal connection from the fourth page submit button.

    Hi Jerry,

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's not possible to move the PayPal payment portion without moving the products along with it. The only way to separate each product is to manually input them without using the product integration and manually assigning values by changing your Payment Type to "User-defined amount." However, by changing your payment type, you will be removing all your pre-added products.

To set this up, you may use the inventory widget to hold your products.

Let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Jefferson,

Man, this is getting complicated. I was looking for a simple solution and thought I had found it.

I appreciate the service you folks provide, but it seems you all do so with the idea that I am familiar with this system. I'm not. I'm just scratching around, trying to piece this thing together.

    1. I need all pages to be in this order, as it is right now.
    2. I want the submit button and PayPal integration to be on page 4.
    3. Step-by-step, please tell me what I have to do to make that happen.

If I have to delete products and add them back, fine, I'll do that.

Please, step-by-step, assuming I know nothing about any of this.

In other words, I'm asking you to tell me, "Go here, click this; go there, do that," etc.

Can you do that for me? I've got 24 hours to get this done. If I can, I'll use your 50% off code (if it's still available) and buy a subscription.

    Thank you.

    Hi Jerry,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. You can simply delete your payment widget, and drag, and drop the PayPal Integration widget on page 4 of your form. I cloned your form to demonstrate how to move the PayPal integration widget. Check out the screencast below:

As you can see, I was able to move the payment widget to page 4. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Trash Can icon of your payment widget.

    2. Click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and click on the Payments tab.
    3. Drag, and drop PayPal Business widget on the page 4 of your form.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Gian,

    Thanks for the nice presentation.

However, I do not see what you see.

On my screen, there is no PayPal widget on page 1.

    I've clicked everything.

If I click the trashcan on the products, they all disappear.

That said, I cannot pull the PayPal widget in on page 4,

so I'm guessing the system still senses a pay widget on

    page 1. I just can't see it.

    Now what?

    Thanks

    Hi Jerry,

I also cloned and tested your form on my end and actually, you can have all your products on the first page of your form and pay for it right before you submit the form. Take a look at these screenshots of my cloned form:

As you can see, the first page only contains the products and the total amount. But, the payment will proceed to the last page of your form. Let me show you how to do that:

    • All you need to do is to place your PayPal Business widget on the first page of your form. Upon checking your form, it seems that you placed it correctly.

    • Connect your PayPal Business account to the payment processor. Please use Live Mode instead of Test Mode when collecting payments.

Once done, the payment methods will appear in the last page of your form. You can check my cloned form as a reference.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks, Jovanne.

Unfortunately, I am unable to place the PayPal widget on any page.

I don't know why you are able to do it, but it will not place for me.

Perhaps you can just do this for me on the active page, and I

can then connect it to PayPal.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jerry,

With your permission, I removed the payment widget on your form and added it again. After doing that, the PayPal payment methods now appear on your last form page. See the image attached:

Now all you need to do is to connect your PayPal account again so you can start collecting payments from your users. See the image attached:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
