File upload field is not opening dialogue window for file

    When testing my form this morning, I found that my Upload a File fields are acting as dead clicks. When I am completing it as an end user, nothing is happening when I click on any of the file upload sections

    Microsoft Edge Version 123.0.2420.97 (Official build) (arm64)

    MacOS Sonoma 14.4

    To test the form using the link below

    1. enter a business alias and select "Lite" on page 1.
    2. click United States for the first question
    3. click $USD for the second and click next
    4. On the United States information page, there are multiple file upload fields within the sections at the bottom (Beneficiary Owner, Controlling Authority)
    5. When clicking any of them, nothing happens

    Expected - Being able to select the file I want to upload from my computer

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    It could be a cache issue. I've cleared your form caches. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, please send a short recording of what's happening. You can use Loom or another free screencast app. Also, please get the console report of the page so we can check the errors. This guide will show you how to do that.
