Move subscription to another account

    I signed up under the incorrect email address and must change paid service to my other email address. Can you assist me?

    Hi Alicia,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share the email address of the other account? What we can do is, we can move the paid subscription (bronze) from this account to the other account.

    For future reference, you can always update your email address if you need to. Let me show you how to update the email address:

    1. Hover over your mouse to your avatar in the top-right corner of the page and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Account tab, you will see the registered email address and click Edit beside the registered email address.

    3. Change the email address and click Save to apply the changes.
