Is there any plugin to make my embedded form scrollable?

Referring to your article https://www.jotform.com/help/how-to-make-your-form-scrollable/ I wanted to ask is there any plugin that can do all the coding stuff to make it adjustable the form automatically as I'm terrible at understanding coding but still I want to add it in my website to benefit my users. Can you please check it as well if it's compatible or not.

or if there's any video that I can follow step-by-step would be great as well.

I understand that coding skills isn't for everyone, so can you point us to the form that you plan to embed? Let us adjust the part of the code to enable scrolling so that you just need to embed the tweaked iFrame code.
