I am having some confusion in regard to billing.

    Please let us know what exactly you are confused with.

    I can see that you have upgraded from Bronze to Silver because you have reached the Payment Submissions Limit.
    The Payments Limit for the Silver subscription is 100 Payments/month. 

    You can see all the invoices in the Billing section of your Account.
