Receive form emails after filler submits the form

    How do I get my submissions forwarded to my email address?

    Hello Jennifer,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you have the Email Notification on your form, it will be sent to your email account after a filler submits the form. Here is your guide on setting up Email Notifications.

    I checked the form on your Jotform account and confirmed that you already have the Email Notification. Also, the recipient added is the email address you used for your Jotform account. Please refer to the screenshot below:

    Are you having issues receiving Email Notifications from form submissions? If you haven't received any from the two form submissions you received, please try to check the spam or junk folders of your email account.

    If the form emails are there, please add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact lists. Have a look at this guide on whitelisting Jotform IP addresses and domains.
