Cannot access shared form on Jotform mobile app

I shared a form and the user is having trouble finding it in their app (iPhone). Please call so I can help make this happen. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. That said, I cloned your form and tested it, and was able to find it on my iPhone's Jotform Mobile Forms & Survey app. Here’s how to find the shared form:

1. On iPhone, open the Jotform Mobile Forms & Survey app.
2. Click All Forms near the top-left corner.
3. Click Assigned Forms under ASSIGNED TO ME in the left menu.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? How did you share your form? What is the name of the app the user was using to open the shared form?
