Error: Your mail cannot be saved because it has more than 65k characters.

I keep getting the error, "Your mail content cannot be saved because it has more than 65k characters." However, when I put my text into a character counter like this one (https://wordcounter.net/character-count) it is WELL below 65k. I have tried adding the PDF button but I cannot add any more text to my email without it not being saveable.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. Are you referring to your autoresponder and notification layout content? When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again? We also suggest you Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.

So far only my Notification email, I've built a lot of forms and NEVER experienced this before. I cleared my computer's cache and attempted to try again - still no luck and receiving the same error. I am not even adding fields, I am just changing the text of the item description from Adult M to "EM Vert OD Hood" Adult M.

I was able to get around some of by manually typing each edit in and not copy/pasting the text in front of each size. This is tedious and doesn't make sense. Also, even something simple like bolding a row causes the same error to occur...

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. It appears that the total characters in your email are more than 83K. Keep in mind that your email cannot contain more than 65 thousand characters. You can delete fields from your form or delete fields from your email notifications.

This is due to the database field's maximum character limit of 65,000 for the layout content (including HTML source codes) for the email body of the email alerts. To stay under the 65,000-character limit, you will need to trim other codes or revise your HTML code. Excess characters are truncated or removed by the database, which may result in distorted email alerts in your inbox if not corrected.
