How do I have the survey answers autofill a PDF on the backend?

Hi all--I'd like to ask questions in the form and have the answers autofill into a pre-existing spreadsheet. Is that possible? If so, how?

Do you want the submissions data to be sent into a spreadsheet file? If yes, you can integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. You can't integrate it on an existing spreadsheet, the integration process will create a Google Spreadsheet file for you.

If you also want to download the submissions into Excel format, here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

If you want to automatically generate a customized PDF out of your form submissions data, here's how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report.

Should you have further questions, do let us know.

    Hi,
Thank you very much for the response. The PDF filler is on point. I would
like the responses to go into a pre-existing government form. Is that
    possible with JotForm?
    Thank you,
    Natalie

Populating a PDF other than the one generated by JotForm would not be possible.  There is not currently any way for us to send web form data to a PDF.
