    Hi Keenway,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. All payment will be processed by your chosen payment processor, but you will receive submissions and can view these submissions in your Jotform account. At the present, the form is loading in the provided webpage link, but we also suggest to directly submit a test submission in your live embedded form to check whether everything is okay and good to go.

Let us know if you need more help.

    Hello Keenway,

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that all your forms are served across a protected 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking or e-commerce providers.

We are the first and only form builder with PCI DSS Service Provider Level I compliance, the highest security attainment you can have as a business that collects payments via a form and integrates with credit cards. Also, I can see that your form is already connected to your PayPal Business account. If you encounter any error message in redirecting your user to the PayPal page, please share with us a screenshot of the error and we'll check it further.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hello Keenway,

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, do you want to add the Security Certificate Seal to your form? If so, let me show you how it's done:

    • Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the Image element, and then drag and drop them onto your form.

    • Next, click on My Images.
    • Choose the secure certificate seal then click on Use Selected.

    • The certificate seal should now appear on your form. You can change the seal’s size and alignment.

We also have a guide about Adding a Security Certificate Seal to Your Forms that you can check out.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
