Si je reste avec les gratuit c'est pas plus de 5 formulaires par mois c'est ça ?

Et il y a une limite au niveau du nombre d'ouverture du formulaire ? par mois aussi ?

    Merci

    Hi FleurArens,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, the Form limit is not a monthly limit, but a total limit. Total limits don't reset on a monthly basis, and they need to be managed manually. The Form Limit refers to the maximum number of forms that can be active in your account. For the Starter plan, you can have up to 5 Active forms in your account, and you can enable and disable forms whenever you need to use other forms.

The Form Views limit is a monthly limit. This is the total number of times, account-wide, your forms can be viewed. It is called Form View when someone visits or views the form regardless if you have embedded or published it directly. For the Starter plan, your forms can be viewed 1,000 times a month. I suggest that you check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. You can also check out the Pricing page to see the different plans and limits.

Reach out again if you have any more questions.
