Hi KyJahna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems like when you try to create a new report, you are unable to see the forms because your forms have been disabled due to over limit of your submissions and completion of your Free plan quota for this month.
You need to delete some submissions for your forms to be enabled again. You can delete the submissions from the Tables and after that purge them from the trashed enteries too.
Or you can upgrade your account to a high tier plan. It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
Let us know if you need any more help.
