Email Address is in the bounce list

    Could you tell me why a new form is not being forwarded to me once it is filled out. It is : https://form.jotform.com/221703698180963

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. To clarify, are you referring to the email address j***l*tt@m**.c*m that's not receiving the Notification Email? I found that it was on the bounce list, but we already removed it from there. Can you check if you can now receive a notification email?

    Please check with your server if emails from Jotform are not blocked. It is also good if you can check your spam folder.

    Now, let me show you how to remove your email address from the bounce list:

    1. Go to Account Settings
    2. Scroll down to Bounce List, enter your email address in the field, and click on the Check button.Email Address is in the bounce list Image 1 Screenshot 30
