Account: Monthly payment submissions reached limit

Dear Peter_Melnyk,

You’ve almost reached your plan’s limit of 10 payment submissions per month. Your payment forms will automatically be disabled once you reach this limit.

We understand that being unable to receive payment submissions is inconvenient, so we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade your account to increase your payment submission limit and continue using Jotform without interruption — as well as get access to more submissions, storage

I do not need 100 transactions, you have a less amount for monthly usage say 20?

Hi Peter,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you already reached your 10 monthly payment submissions. Unfortunately, currently we don't have a subscription that offers 20 monthly payment submissions. After the Starter plan, the next subscription would be for the Bronze plan, which offers 100 monthly payment submissions.

If you need more than 10 monthly payment submissions, you can upgrade your account. Let me walk you through it:

1. In your My Forms page, select Pricing on the blue navigation bar on the upper right side of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan that you want.
3. Then, from the checkout page, you can choose between Monthly or Yearly for the Payment Schedule. And for the Payment Method, choose from Credit/Debit Card and PayPal.
4. Tick on I agree to the Terms of Service, then click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
5. If you choose the Credit/Debit Card payment method, fill out the Credit Card Information that will pop out, then click on the Complete button at the bottom of the page.

• If you choose the PayPal option, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page and complete the payment.
