A field answer is not showing on a downloaded submission

    On my form https://form.jotform.com/232686687906070 there is a section to check whether or not it is OK to share attendee information.     Hi Bette,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The field and the answer are both showing on the downloaded submission. Check out my screenshot below:

    I've also tested downloading the submission as an Excel and CSV file, and you can see below that the field and the answer are both visible:

    Can you share with us a screenshot of the downloaded submission where the answer to that field is not visible? This guide will show you how to do that.

    In the meantime, I cleared your form caches as a precaution. You can try to download a submission to test this again. If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the submission.
